Mobile platforms

Mobile platforms are used to move mechanisms and equipment on a flat floor. They move very easily. Polyurethane coated metal wheels are lubricated for life. In the center of the platform there is a rotary disk, on both sides there are handles for gripping / traction. The trolley can be with or without a handle (depending on the model).

The design of containers for the storage of piece cargo, corresponding in size to standard or euro pallets, usually provides for the possibility of safely stacking them on top of each other. Depending on the weight of the cargo, both metal and plastic containers can be used. With a small number of SKUs and large volumes of each unit of production, it makes sense to use mobile platforms instead of shelving systems for compact storage, both mobile and drive-in varieties.

In the case of placing containers on platforms, the mobile base is not closed with a profiled sheet, and the containers are placed directly on the frame. As with all mobile bases, the base engine is hidden by a protective cover. To ensure safety, it is not recommended to install containers in more than 4 (maximum - 5) tiers.

An additional advantage of using platforms is the convenience of piece picking cargo from containers located on top.
