Linear traverses - Samson

Linear traverses Linear traverses, slinging behind the central element Linear traverses are designed for lifting and moving loads of various nature with the help of end elements or lifting devices. A typical linear traverse with a center lifting can be used to work with a wide range of loads: for lifting and moving rails and a rail-sleeper grid together with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving containers together with a set of slings and grabs for the top or bottom fittings; for lifting and moving sheet steel together with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving various long lengths (pipes, fittings, lumber, span...

Linear traverses, slinging behind the central element

Linear traverses are designed for lifting and moving loads of various nature with the help of end elements or lifting devices.

A typical linear traverse with a center lifting can be used to work with a wide range of loads: for lifting and moving rails and a rail-sleeper grid together with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving containers together with a set of slings and grabs for the top or bottom fittings; for lifting and moving sheet steel together with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving various long lengths (pipes, fittings, lumber, span beams, etc.) together with rope or round slings; for removal and installation on vehicles or storage places for glass in wooden containers; for lifting and moving sandwich panels during installation work; for lifting and moving power equipment; for lifting and moving cars together with specialized grips.

This traverse provides the minimum requirements for lifting height, but has a large mass.

Linear traverses, two-point slinging

Linear traverses are designed for lifting and moving loads of various nature with the help of end elements or lifting devices.

The slinging scheme for two points allows, with large carrying capacities, to obtain a smaller mass of the traverse compared to the slinging scheme for the central element.

A typical two-point lifting linear traverse can be used to work with a wide range of loads: for lifting and moving rails and rail-sleeper grids in conjunction with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving containers together with a set of slings and grabs for the top or bottom fittings; for lifting and moving sheet steel together with specialized grippers; for lifting and moving various long lengths (pipes, fittings, lumber, span beams, etc.) together with rope or round-strand slings; for removal and installation on vehicles or storage places for glass in wooden containers; for lifting and moving sandwich panels during installation work; for lifting and moving power equipment; for lifting and moving cars together with specialized grips.

This load traverse provides the lowest weight requirements, but at the same time it has a significant increase in height compared to traverses with lifting from the central element.
